A light breakfast will be served Monday - Friday. Lunch will be served Monday - Thursday. Dinner is on your own each night.

Registration Information

TFCA Members' Registration Fee - $1,250
Non-Members' Registration Fee - $1,350

Hotel Information

TFCA has secured a limited room block at a discounted rate at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center. Reservations can be made when registration opens in late July 2026.

Academy Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be given for written requests received on or before October 11, 2026. A 50% refund will be issued for written requests received between October 12 – 18, 2026. No refunds will be issued beginning October 18, 2026. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant to [email protected]. No cancellations will be taken by phone.

Registrants who do not attend the conference and/or do not contact TFCA via written correspondence during the set window as directed above will be responsible for the full attendee registration fee.

Academy Substitution Policy

Substitute attendees may be named prior to the event or during on-site registration. Notification of substitution must be submitted in writing from the original registrant to [email protected]. No substitutions will be taken by phone.
