A light breakfast will be served Monday - Friday. Lunch will be served Monday - Thursday. Dinner is on your own each night.

Non-Members' Registration Fee - $1,350

Hotel Information

A limited number of rooms at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center in College Station have been secured at a discounted room rate of $144/ night. These rooms are reserved on a first come, first served basis and will be available to book when the Battalion Chief Academy opens in Mid-July 2025.

Academy Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be given for written requests received on or before October 6, 2025. A 50% refund will be issued for written requests received between October 7 – 13, 2025. No refunds will be issued beginning October 14, 2025. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant to [email protected]. No cancellations will be taken by phone.

Registrants who do not attend the conference and/or do not contact TFCA via written correspondence during the set window as directed above will be responsible for the full attendee registration fee.

Academy Substitution Policy

Substitute attendees may be named prior to the event or during on-site registration. Notification of substitution must be submitted in writing from the original registrant to [email protected]. No substitutions will be taken by phone.
