Fire Administrative Professionals Workshop
Due to inclement weather, the upcoming TFCA Fire Administrative Professionals Workshop originally scheduled for January 25-28, has been postponed and will be rescheduled for a future date. The new date has not yet been determined and will be announced soon.
The safety of our attendees, speakers, and partners along with the families and communities that rely on them is our top priority. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we navigate this change. Additional details, including the new workshop dates and next steps, will be shared as soon as they are finalized. Fire Department administrative staff carry a heavy burden. Without a strong administrative staff, organizations cannot achieve their full potential and operate efficiently. The goal of this conference is to provide position-specific training and development opportunities and to help connect FIRE/EMS administrative staff members enabling them to provide the highest level of support possible.
You do not need a membership with TFCA to attend this course.

Registration Information
The Fire Administrative Professionals Workshop is open to all fire administrative professionals. You do not need to be a member of TFCA to attend and we do accept out of state attendees.
Registration includes access to 2.5 days of presentations and open discussion with those of likeminded professionals. Breakfast is provided Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and lunch is on your own each day.
This class is limited to 200 attendees.
2025 Early Bird Registration Fee - $375 (available until November 30, 2025)
Regular Registration Fee - $425
Hotel Information
TFCA has secured at a discounted rate at the Hilton College Station and Conference Center for $149/night. The hotel will begin accepting reservations when registration opens mid-October 2025.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be given for written requests received on or before Monday, January 5, 2026. A 50% refund will be issued between January 6 - 12, 2026. No refunds will be issued after January 12, 2026. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant to [email protected]. No cancellations will be taken by phone.
Registrants who do not attend the conference and/or do not contact TFCA via written correspondence during the set window as directed above will be responsible for the full attendee registration fee.
Substitution Policy
Substitute attendees may be named prior to January 19, 2026, or during onsite registration. Notification of substitution must be submitted in writing from the original registrant to [email protected]. No substitutions will be taken by phone.
