Fire Administrative Professionals Workshop

The TFCA Fire Administrative Professionals Workshop, originally scheduled for January, has been rescheduled to May 10–13, 2026, due to previous inclement weather. We look forward to welcoming you to College Station this spring!

Fire Department administrative staff carry a heavy burden. Without a strong administrative staff, organizations cannot achieve their full potential and operate efficiently. The goal of this conference is to provide position-specific training and development opportunities and to help connect FIRE/EMS administrative staff members enabling them to provide the highest level of support possible.

You do not need a membership with TFCA to attend this course.

Registration Information

The Fire Administrative Professionals Workshop is open to all fire administrative professionals. You do not need to be a member of TFCA to attend and we do accept out of state attendees.

Registration includes access to 2.5 days of presentations and open discussion with those likeminded professionals. Breakfast is provided Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and lunch is on your own each day.

2025 Early Bird Registration Fee - $375 (closed November 30, 2025)
Regular Registration Fee - $425
Includes: 2.5 days of professional programming and daily breakfast.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be given for written requests received on or before Monday, April 20, 2026. A 50% refund will be issued between April 21 - 30, 2026. No refunds will be issued after May 1, 2026. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant to [email protected]. No cancellations will be taken by phone.

Registrants who do not attend the conference and/or do not contact TFCA via written correspondence during the set window as directed above will be responsible for the full attendee registration fee.

Substitution Policy

Substitute attendees may be named prior to May 1, 2026, or during onsite registration. Notification of substitution must be submitted in writing from the original registrant to [email protected]. No substitutions will be taken by phone.
