Exhibitor Details

Each 8’x10’ booth will come with a booth package that includes a table, two chairs and standard Wi-Fi. Electrical and carpet will be purchased separately.

  • Monday, March 20; 11:00 am – 5:00 pm - Exhibit Set Up
  • Monday, March 20; 5:00 – 8:00 pm - Exhibit Hours
  • Tuesday, March 21; 9:00 am – 4:15 pm - Exhibit Hours
  • Wednesday, March 22; 9:00 am - 12:00 pm -  Exhibit Hours
  • Wednesday, March 22 ; 12:00 pm - Exhibit Hall Breakdown

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing via email to [email protected].

  • 50% of total sponsorship cost before February 24, 2023
  • 100% of total sponsorship cost after February 24, 2023
