*Conference Attendee List Includes: Name, Title, Organization, Email, and Zip Code. **Inside Apparatus exhibits are subject to the approval of the weight/height of the vehicle by the convention center and are limited to one vehicle. Ladder trucks are not able to be inside the exhibit hall.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing via email to [email protected]. Cancellations are effective on the date written notification is received by TFCA. A fifty percent (50%) refund will be given for cancellations received on or before March 2, 2026. Sponsors cancelling after March 2, 2026 will be responsible for payment in full.
Exhibitor Details
Each 8’x10’ booth will come with a booth package that includes a table, two chairs and standard Wi-Fi. Electrical and carpet will be purchased separately.

- Wednesday, April 15 – 12:45 pm – 3:00 pm Exhibit Hall Hours/Drawings
- Wednesday, April 15 – 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm Exhibitor Breakdown
Please Note: Dedicated exhibit hall hours are times when no education sessions or activities are scheduled for attendees.
