This Wednesday evening event is a great way to wind down after a long day of education in a relaxed in environment. The event includes dinner, drinks and networking. As the single sponsor of the event, you may provide signage suitable for hanging throughout the event area. A spokesperson from your organization may speak briefly during the event.

Casino Night & Dinner Sponsor $20,000 - Sold

The Casino Night and Dinner is becoming one of the most popular and well attended events of the conference. The event includes dinner, drinks and casino games. As the single sponsor of the event, you may provide signage suitable for hanging throughout the event area. A spokesperson from your organization may speak briefly during the event.

Conference T-Shirt Sponsor $10,000 - Sold

Sponsoring the TFCA conference T-shirt will place your company logo on the official shirt distributed to all registered attendees. TFCA will pay for the purchase and manage the production of the shirts.

Exhibit Hall/President’s Reception Sponsor $7,500

Exclusive sponsorship of the exhibit hall will provide your company superb visibility throughout the TFCA Conference. You’ll serve as the host of the exhibit hall reception and grand opening.

Audio Visual Sponsor $7500

Your company will receive one of the highest levels of recognition as the conference audiovisual provider. Your company’s logo will be placed on signage that will be placed in the breakout and general session rooms.

Registration Hospitality Sponsor $7,500 - Sold

What better way to welcome each conference attendee after a long day of travel than with refreshments and perhaps a commemorative item with your logo! Help kick off the conference with a bang and set the tone of the rest of the event. TFCA will provide a two-drink ticket allotment for each attendee who checks in at registration.

Name Badge Lanyard Sponsor $7,500 - Sold

High visibility option to have logo placed on name attendee badge holders that will be worn for the duration of the event. TFCA will work with sponsor to select and produce.

Mobile Device Charging Station Sponsor $5,000

Exclusive sponsorship of the Mobile Device Charging Station will provide your company extraordinary visibility throughout the conference. In addition to the branding benefits this highly visible station affords, you will have the opportunity to staff a tabletop display located next to the charging station throughout the conference.

Welcome Gift Sponsor $5,000

Welcome each conference attendee with a gift from your company - your thoughtful gift (and company logo!) will be one of the first things they receive when they check-in at registration! TFCA show management will work with the sponsor to select the gift and TFCA will assume the cost of production. The welcome gift sponsor is also welcome to staff a tabletop display during the day they are sponsoring to welcome attendees.

Event Mobile App Sponsor $5,000 - Sold

This year's conference will feature a mobile application that will enable attendees to create a personalized schedule for the conference, view sponsoring/exhibiting companies and receive up-to-the-minute conference information on any mobile device. Receive prominent logo recognition on the landing page of the mobile app.

Printed Program Sponsor $3,500 - Sold

Achieve high exposure by having your logo appear on the cover of the TFCA show guide and your company name appear on every page of the printed program. TFCA will work with the graphic designer and has sole discretion on where the logo will appear in and on the program.

Pocket Schedule Sponsor $3,500 - Sold

Every TFCA attendee needs to know where they need to be at what time - so what better place for your logo than on our handy pocket schedule-at-a-glance? Leverage your exposure by having your company logo prominently placed on the one item our attendees will reference many times daily throughout the event.

Pre-Conference Education Session $3,500

Includes ability to address the group and introduce the speaker, sponsor signage in the room, ability to place promo items on the session tables in the room. Also includes a tabletop display that can be staffed outside the room.

Breakout Track Sponsor $3,500 (Limit 4/ Sold 1)

Includes tabletop display outside of session room, logo placed on agenda signage, and recognition on event agenda.

Food & Beverage Sponsors $3,500 (Limit 7/ Sold 4)

This sponsorship features exclusive signage during the break and the ability to display products, marketing materials, etc.

Registration Counter Sponsor $3,500

Every TFCA attendee will begin their experience at the Registration counter and most return throughout the event for questions, messages, meetings, etc. So what better place for your logo than on at this nexus of activity? Leverage your exposure by having your company logo prominently placed at the most trafficked conference location.

Carpet Stickers $1,500 (Limit 4/ Sold 3)

This Follow Me Carpet Sticker sponsorship will provide your company superb visibility throughout the TFCA Annual Conference. Your logo will be prominently displayed in high traffic areas around the convention center. Price includes the overlay, installation, and removal of 3 – 3’ x 3’ floor decals. Sponsor is responsible for selecting/providing artwork/graphics.

Tote Bag Gifts $1,500 (Limit 5/ Sold 3)

Sponsors may supply each conference attendee with a small commemorative give-a-way in the conference tote bags that they receive at registration. The sponsor will be responsible for the purchase and delivery of items to TFCA. Five opportunities are available.

Packet Insert $1,000 (Limit 5/ Sold 1)

Be one of the first to welcome TFCA participants with your company’s customized insert in the conference packets. Make the most of this early opportunity to invite participants to your exhibit booth, sponsored event or demonstration! Sponsors are responsible for producing inserts and delivery to TFCA two weeks prior to the conference. Limited to conference sponsors, one insert per sponsor please.
