The Texas Fire Chiefs Association Annual Conference is the signature event of the Texas Fire Chiefs Association and is one of the state’s largest gatherings of fire chiefs, fire service leaders, and decision-makers.

The conference attracts hundreds of attendees from all regions of the state each year. Our attendees are fire chiefs, assistant fire chiefs, deputy chiefs, battalion chiefs, training officers, fire fighters, and city department executives who work together and get positive results. Come meet and network with top leaders in the fire service, learn from those who are foremost in their divisions winning awards, guiding others, and join in the tough discussions. Further relationships which push through legislation and team up across borders to aid one another. Come witness and celebrate with those who have been called out and awarded valor and honor in the line of duty, and cheer for the one who has been nominated and will be name Fire Chief of the Year.

Event Registration

You must be a Fire Professional to register for this event.  All industry partners must become an exhibitor or sponsor to attend this event.

Online registration is now closed. Onsite registration will begin at 5:00 pm, Tuesday, March 19 at the Waco Convention Center.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be given for written requests received on or before Monday, March 5, 2024. A 50% refund will be issued for written requests received between March 6 - 16, 2024. No refunds will be issued after March 16, 2024. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant to [email protected]. No cancellations will be taken by phone.

Registrants who do not attend the conference and/or do not contact TFCA via written correspondence during the set window as directed above will be responsible for the full attendee registration fee.

Substitution Policy

Substitute attendees may be named prior to Thursday, March 15, 2024, or during on-site registration. Notification of substitution must be submitted in writing from the original registrant to [email protected]. No substitutions will be taken by phone.
