*Conference Attendee List Includes: Name, Title, Organization, Email, and Zip Code.

**Inside Apparatus exhibits are subject to the approval of the weight/height of the vehicle by the convention center and are limited to one vehicle. Ladder trucks are not able to be inside the exhibit hall.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing via email to [email protected]

• 50% of total sponsorship cost before February 29, 2024
• 100% of total sponsorship cost after February 29, 2024

Exhibitor Details

Each 8’x10’ booth will come with a booth package that includes a table, two chairs and standard Wi-Fi. Electrical and carpet will be purchased separately.

• Tuesday, March 19 – 5:00 – 8:00 pm *Dedicated Exhibit Hall Hours
• Wednesday, March 20 – 9:00 am – 1:30 pm Exhibit Hall Open
• Wednesday, March 20 – 1:30 pm – 5:00 pm *Dedicated Exhibit Hall Hours/Drawings
• Wednesday, March 20 – 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Exhibitor Breakdown
• Thursday, March 21 – 8:00 am-10:00 am Exhibitor Breakdown

* Dedicated exhibit hall hours are times when no education sessions or activities are scheduled for attendees
